Hello, Brug fans, new member here.

I joined Dave's Club in search of fellow bruggies.

I started growing brugmansias 2 years ago in California's South Bay area from a handful of branches I snapped off an overgrown tree in the neighborhood. A year ago I moved south to the Los Angeles area, and brought with me a handful of young brugs: yellow, pink and white.
I love these plants so much I have them in the front and backyards, as well as along the shady north side of the house. I've now added single white, peach, and red (Brugmansia Sanguinea). I've propagated so many I plan to offer them to the local nurseries. and at auction on eBay. I thought I would offer some for trade to this group as well. I hope to find other brugs I don't have to iadd to my collection.

Seeds: last year I plucked 4 seed pods. First time I had seen a seed pod. I gave them to a local grower, since I was propagatin by cuttings. This year when I was pruning my many brugs I noted a whole lot of emerging seed pods. I now have a question: How do I know when to harvest these pods? Do I wait until they turn completely brown, or can I harvest them when they are big and plump? I will be offering these seeds for trade.

Thanks,

Oh, yeah: in the picture you will see 2 daturas (Devil's Trumpet). I plan to add daturas to my collection as well.
