You can go to Home Depot or one of your local garden centers and buy some Insecticidal soap for house plants, which should take care of your white fly problem. A lot of people use the sticky yellow tape traps that these flies are attracted to. I have never tried that method but hear it works well. I use a product that I get from Home Depot or Lowe's called Garden Safe House Plant and Garden Insect Spray - it works very well.

If you have children and pets, just take care when spraying any kind of insect control.
