I commute to the city daily to go to work, I ride the ferry back and forth, I hate it. I love my little part of the woods, I have no one around me my nearest neighbor is 3 blocks away and he owns the 40 acres behind me which is all a wetland area where no one one can build anything even the owner. In front of me across the road is a very high cliff with homes at the top, on the other side of me there is a 10 acres of cow pasture. We call this "God's Little Acre" My road was in the Geographic Magazine years ago as being the most scenic bike route in Washington State.
