Tropicals & Tender Perennials: Is this a Hoya or a Dischidia, 0 by imadigger

This plant was burried in the weeds in my yard. I had hoya growing there that I received in a trade about five years ago. I thought I had brought them all in from the cold snap a few years ago. I guess I missed this one. We were clearing out some weeds under the alamanda bushes in the back yard and found it. The leaves are very thick and stiff, about 1/4 inch wide and 2 to 21/2 inches long. Don't know if it ever flowered. It looks like there might be a peduncle on one of the stems, but it is so tiny, I'm not sure. I'll try to take a picture of it tomorrow.
