When I'm out in the beds weeding, pruning, working the soil, or just looking at the beautiful plants, I almost always have a shadow. It's not the shadow that the sun casts, but a 2ft 6in shadow that is constantly singing a song, telling me to look at something, or cracking me up. My shadow is 2 years old and she is the best little helper I could ever ask for. I wanted to post this thread to showcase the future of Texas gardening. I'll start with a few pics of my daughter and I hope some of y'all will post as well. Monday, she was wearing her new boots that her Meme and Popop got her and she spotted the water coming out of the downspout. She couldn't resist putting her little hand under the trickling stream of cool water.
