last year at the end of the year i took a cutting and rooted it in water. i planted it outside in march, after the dangers of frosts were almost all gone. it frosted on easter for some weird reason. it got all of the trees and everything that was alraeady coming out. the brugmansia fared rather well. it only dropped a few leaves and kept right on growing. it is oly abot 1 1/2' tall now, and is not groing so fast. should i get flowers this year? what say yall?
