Turns out this is a Rhipsalis.

It seemed to be taking the flowers a *very* long time to mature (they just opened this past week) and some of the stems were developing brown spots while the plant was on my sunporch so I deduced that it was likely too cold. I was reluctant to move it (didn't want the buds to blast) but I did, and just a day or two after moving it indoors, it finally bloomed - but it bloomed the familiar white (and rather small, as opposed to the Nopalxochia blooms!) Rhipsalis blooms.

I do love (and collect) Rhipsalis, so I still love her anyway!
