Tropicals & Tender Perennials: Retusa says "good moring", 0 by hills

Any help would be most appreciated. I recieved it in a big mess so I had to repot it and added in some perlite and vermiculite as the soil was very peaty (I think). I hope it will be ok, as it's very cold here now, and my heating's gone a bit up the spout (and not, it seems, into most of my radiators!!).
