Tropicals & Tender Perennials: Best way to store large tubers, 0 by tigerlily123

There are a lot that are huge bunches that I think that I can pull the smaller tubers away, and they seem manageable to either pot or dry out, but the main stems are really large....
I guess what I would like to know is what is the best way to deal with these plants-anyone have any pros or cons to potting them up right now or should they be allowed to dry out and go dormant for 2 months? And if so, whats the best way to do that?
