Russ, thanks for the info I'm going to opperate on my other two and try and increase the odds for variegation but haven't got the time at the moment but already identifired the cuts, I always live in hope of spontaneous variegation .LOL.

As for trades I have a couple of Philodendron 'hastatum' aka 'glaucophylum' or "silver sword" , still seems to be some confusion on that one if your interested otherwise just a P.gloriosum and a P.brazil.
