Indiana,

How lucky are you? tripple white and tripple yellow. Can't wait to see them next year. You do treat your plants well.

This thread encouraged me to be 'nicer' to my plants and feed them what they need. I am a lazy person by nature, so I have to force myself into doing things, even some things that I enjoy. When I tell anyone that I am lazy I get a 'WHAT?' because I do many things - sometimes to many.

I just went out to see my pink brug, I have nine buds that I can count, one is 2+" and the others are smaller, some are just noticable. One bud has already dropped to the ground. This brug I thought had died and then it put up 7 branches so it is like a shrub, all the branches are beginning to Y, I am hoping to see a few more buds in the near future. Pictures will follow.

I have posted this picture of my purple dat, but I think it is just beautiful so here it is again.

2, I am in your zone, just a thousand miles away, hehe. I would like to over winter mine also, but I believe we are to cold even with mulching and protection. I may be wrong, I seem to recall reading that someone did over winter, I will look in the dat forum.

Marie
