We have mild winters here usually, only a couple of nughts it got below freezing, a good frost would most likely do them in. I just bring my most valuable ones in the living room for the winter months, they do great there as I have bright morning light. Some stay all year in the living/dining room but most are happier outside and really seem to thrive.
