Occasionally the variegated syngonium produces all white or all green shoots. The all green ones grow very fast and take over the plant if not pruned out. The all white ones get smaller and smaller until they die off. This shoot is a bit different in that it has just a touch of green and has managed to push out a number of large leaves, defying the tendency of the white ones to die off. It probably will be no more stable than the parent line, but it is fun to watch.
