It usually is easy to see a yellow off white dust around the the spadix. Usually the spath will open up very wide to lure in insects to carry the pollen off. You can cut this off and ship it with the spadix in a plastic bag if you need to wait place in the fridge. Here is a pic of what I am after. The spath is open and the pollen has recently or just fallen. If you have pollen that looks fresh I am extremely interested thanks. I have 4 flowers now that will be ready this week for pollen. thanks
