It heats the water to 180 f and is circulated into the pipes which will soon be cemented into the floor. I am hoping the floor will stay around 70f for winter. I just checked the greenhouse they have the cement put into them today and are already fogging up. Heating the floors makes it fog up and is just amazing for growing and propagating.
