Growing them this way you will get some amazing plants. When I first saw this plant years ago at Selby Botanical gardens I thought it was a Colocasia. 6ft tall with 2ft around leaves. Possible one of the most beautiful plants I have ever seen. But it is a bit difficult to get them to this impressive size they are not like others that you just throw in the dirt.
