As well as the density of corolla there appears to be a problem on many of the flowers wherein one tendril, from calyx to tip, is tissue thin and stunted. It equates to a genetic anomaly and may be too early to really decide if it is a candidate for the compost heap or not. Is there any chance that this could actually be triple rather than double ? Sounds rather strange to me, but I don't know much about Brugs yet. Picture 1 is the thin and distorted corolla. |
