Ely, I live in zone 9 and my fancies die over winter outside. Lots of huge hibiscus bushes around here though. I wonder if I planted them in the ground instead of having them in pots if that would work better. I think the fancy hibiscus are more tender though.

The usual doubles do great here outside. Huge bushes of them all over.
This one is not as pretty as Sylvia's. It is very common here though outside.
