OK back!! I got sidetracked. I just noticed Big Yella must have well over a thousand buds on her. I tried to get a pic but it is too dark for my camera. Anyway, here is a sport on Maya. It is a growth that is different from the rest of the plant. In this example, it will go no where for it has no chlorophyll to survive in its own. But many times, a whole new unusual plant is made and they are very exciting to find! New coleus are often started from sports.
