The third one looks small enough to be e a Great Golden Digger Wasp hole. Watch the area from a little distance and see if you can spot one. They like bare ground like this and are not harmful to humans. If you get too close, they act agitated, but I\'ve never been stung. I just step back and she goes back to her duties. Here is a picture of one of the busy little mothers. A beneficial insect to have around. Your hole could be something else, but this is what came to mind.
