I went thru this myself, regraded the front yard, and then said 'now what'? I hope you can learn from some of the mistakes I made, and from some of the better ideas. The best thing I did was to make a long raised bed, I was able to till in leaves for the whole bed, and then just enriched the planting holes with Nature's Helper, composted manure and fertilizer. I run a soaker hose just under the mulch.

I thought I had it all figured out...
