When I started organic gardening, Planet Natural was the very first place I ordered from. Wealth of informative articles on various subjects, from layman to expert. They sell a wide variety of organics for yard & household uses. Prices for what I order are one of the cheapest around. Shipping prices are fair & quick (for me anyway) & tracking info is always provided. Never had any issues with delivery, damages, & so forth. Recently ordered 2 large bottles of organic insect spray. Sprayers were carefully taped to prevent accidental discharge & wrapped in two separate heavy duty clear plastic bags tied at the tops in case of leakage (there was none). Much thanks to the individual(s) who took the time to prepare my order. Items were packed in their usual environmentally friendly packing peanuts (I believe at one point I read they were made with potato starch) which dissolve easily when liquid touches them. Anytime I have an inquiry, someone always responds to me within 24-72 hours. Communication is consistently genial. Site is easy enough to navigate, though needs some work regarding how it handles the search feature at times. A little internet savvy usually provides a quick work around to help you find what you're looking for. All in all I'm a happy customer with happy plants. |
