No order was received or shipping info provided. I attempted to contact them through their website; a phone call where I reached a voice mail recording stating not to leave a message as they were to busy to respond to phone calls and to email instead; and emails. I finally notified my credit card company that the merchandise was not received, and that got a response from GMH, with a lot of excuses about short staffing, poor administrative support, etc. They told me they had my hostas dug and would ship them as soon as I notified the credit card bank to release the dispute. I explained that they had to provide proof of shipment at this point to get their money released. It has been a disappointing and frustrating experience trying to resolve this. I won't be ordering from them again, as I don't feel they have business practices in place which allow them to provide service to their customers in a reasonable manner. |

None of these forms of contact have been returned and I have no plants. As of today, July 11th, I requested a refund of the money for my order. This way of conducting business is inappropriate, shows poor integrity and a complete lack of customer service. I have made a report to BBB. |

Your plants will arrive in the same healthy condition as when they were shipped. We also guarantee that all plants are true to name. Your satisfaction is important. Please notify our hosta farm immediately if there is any problem." |

I spoke to the owner on the phone and he was very informative and helped me choose the hosta that I needed (color, size & price) The only thing that I disliked was the way that shredded wet newspaper was used to cover the roots for shipping. It caused a mess in my yard as I was planting. I'm thankful that it wasn't a windy day. If I place another order from this company I will request that they use wet newspaper or paper towels to wrap around the roots as other online companies do. I highly recommend this online nursery if you're looking for big, beautiful hostas that are shipped quickly and have great prices. |
