I placed an order with Bouncing Bear Botanicals on April 27, 2008, the first time ordering with them, and have yet to receive anything. I e-mailed them after 10 days and got a reply from Jon saying that he would check in to it. It is now a month later, I've e-mailed them 2 more times and no response. I'm very disappointed and have no plans to order from them again.

Hi,

Is there still a problem with this order? If so, let me know the order number and I'll get it taken care of. Sorry for the trouble.

Thanks,
Jon"

My First order with Bouncing Bear Went Smooth, It arrived within 4-5 days. However I placed an order on Tuesday 13 May, 2008 and still like the last poster I have not recieved any items or tracking numbers. I attempted to call and leave a message and then went to email Bouncing bear botannicals, still I have not recieved any response, but my credit card was charged.

I understand that on the 1'st of May Salvia was illegal in Kanasas and so they had to setup at another location. However they should still contact the customer and let them know what is going on, or return a call within 2-3 Buisness days. At this point I will wait and give it a few more days to hear from them, their items are of quality just wish they stayed more in touch with their customers.

I just got in touch with customer service at Bouncing Bear, Brad apologized and supplied me with my tracking number. The shipment was delayed due to the move to Nebraska and is understandable. The item should arrive in 2 days. I appreciate the effort put forth by Brad to track my shipment. He also assured me that future orders will arive promtly. I look forward to continuing business with Bouncing bear. Once again Thanks Brad!

I'm not sure who you are. All our Salvia orders have gone out, though (except plants). The Salvia orders are at most running 2 days behind with the hassles of moving things to Nebraska. If you want to post your order number, I'd be glad to let you know where your order is or if there's some mistake or something.

Thanks.

I was very pleased with my first two purchases. They arrived prompt and with no problems. I am now on my third purchase which is at the moment has not arrived after 12 Days. I could understand any delay if my calls and emails were answered in a timely manner. However, after two calls and two emails I have yet to hear any info on my purchase.

I have been waiting several days to receive my order. The company's Herballife.com site stated that my order had been shipped. I emailed the company several times and I have not received a single response. I could understand if it was going to take longer for my package to arrive then expected but I can't understand why a business would not respond to a customer, especially if the customer has already paid them up front and has trusted them enough to submit credit card information over their site admist this cyber world of cons and scams. The lack of response from this company makes me never want to do business with them again and makes me question their legitimacy.

Now that everything has been cleared up and the reason for the delay has been clarified, I have received my package today and would like to withdraw my previous comments about Bouncing Bear Botanicals. They provide excellent quality goods and provide more than the expected quantity.

We drop ship for Herbal Fire. I'm not sure which order you're referring to, but if you want, just send an e-mail to info at bouncingb.com and I'd be happy to help you. Thanks. http://www.BouncingBearBotanicals.com

I got a separate e-mail from this site with your order number. That went out on Monday. USPS tracking # 9101010521297880693462
The hold up was that Kansas made Salvia illegal on the 1st without warning, so we had to set up a new shipping facility in Nebraska. You should have it in the next couple days, though. Sorry for any trouble.

Thanks,
Jon

I ordered two cacti. One arrived on time with a note that the other would be shipped asap. I waited for two weeks, and when it did not arrive I started writing emails and calling to see what the status of my order was. After nearly a week of no responses and and three emails later I finally got a brief email saying, that they "may be out" and that they'll go out and look one more time and then email me back. That was yesterday. I wrote and asked for my money back. Needless to say I won't be buying from them again.

I am pleased to report, that they were nice enough to refund my entire order, which is a lot more then I expected. They seem like nice people , but just need to get their business together.

I purchased some plants from this company off e-bay. They didn't ship for over a month, then were packaged incorrectly for cross border shipping, therefore were seized by Agriculture Canada, and returned. I was promised some seeds instead, but 3 months later, still nothing. They have received other similar feedback on e-bay.

On November 4th, 2007, jenf added the following:

Try looking at this link for feedback for these people //myworld.ebay.com/bpbotanicals/ . After finally bringing ebay dispute resolution into it I got the following response from my inquiry as to where these seeds may be "Ya they're going today" that was Sept 19th, 2 months after they were paid for, it's now Nov 3rd, still nothing. If you can not ship then don't offer.

On November 8th, 2007, jenf added the following:

If this is not you, then how come you know the details of my order? When I asked bpbotanicals if they were bouncing bear botanicals, they said that you shipped the products. The address I was given from agriculture canada of the shipper of my seized package was yours. Just because you choose to sell under more than one user name doesn't make the issue any different. I ordered from bpbotanicals and you guys shipped the products as you've already stated.

We shipped 2 packages to the customer. Evidently both had customs issues, which usually happens with just 1 in 10 orders to Canada. The second package hasn't been returned. We don't have any negative feedback on ebay for plants. Check the feedback. Username bouncingbearbotanicals. 99% positive.

No wonder. That's not my company. You're posting about the wrong business. Here's my ebay page: http://myworld.ebay.com/bouncingbearbotanicals/
The only negative feedback I've had in the last year were for car parts that I accidently misidentified the color of.

We drop shipped for BPBotanicals. We don't anymore. And I still don't know your name, though I do remember that order. We don't normally ship live plants outside the U.S. at all. If we do, we can't guarantee they get through customs. It's sent at the customer's risk. Ben (at BP) knew that. And then your order was stopped and we STILL went ahead and sent extra, cause I don't want to see anybody lose out on an order--which was also apparently stopped anyway. All this and we never got any money from your order. BP Botanicals owes me about $5,000, which is why I don't drop ship for him anymore. : ) I'm sorry you got caught up with Ben. But that's why your e-mails weren't answered and you weren't communicated with about your order. It wasn't me that wasn't e-mailing you. If you e-mail Bouncing Bear, you get a reply within 1 day. E-mail BP and... well, you probably won't ever hear back. "
