Summer Hill has more seed varieties than I ever seen!! Very easy ordering, good prices, and prompt shipment. Exceptional customer service!!

I ordered seeds from their website, a very nice, easy to navigate site, and they came in a reasonable amount of time. I will use them again in the future and hopefully remember to update my rating to reflect germination rates. They also included some freebies in the order.

The most outstanding thing is the communication; from order confirmation, date shipped, through the follow-up email the day after they arrive to remind you not to let them sit out in the mailbox. I wish all the other companies would take heed - Robin has set the bar.

Prices are reasonable and plant selection is interesting. It's the first time I've found allamanda "cherries jubilee" seeds. Can't wait to see if I can get one going.

Order was completed in eight days; packaging was great; there were seed starter instructions, free seeds and the handwritten note.

The seeds arrived in less then 10 days after I placed my order, and there was a handwritten note with expressed gratitude, and few extra packets of seeds included.
I thought it was very nice and generous of them.

I placed a large order with Summer Hill, still it was hard to limit my order! So many good things to choose from! I was pleased that I was able to use my discount code even though I was using gift certificates. And on top of all that free seeds too!

Really fast shipment, and well packed. Lots of new or hard to find seeds. Prices are way better than average. I will be seed shopping at Summer Hill from now on.

Received my seeds 6 days after placing my internet order. I was notified by email as to the statice of the order. The seed packets have very good instructions on sowing/germination, however the height and general growing instructions are missing. Had to go back to look for information as to sun/ shade ect. for setting out the plants into the garden.
The petunia seeds are well packaged and more seeds in the pack then larger seed companies offer and lower price.
I will be ordering from this company again.

I ordered from this company three time this season, twice in a co-op with add ons from the website and once again after the co-op ended. Customer service is great, Robin is so helpful! The seeds arrived promptly along with comprehensive instructions and I am very satisfied with them. They have now become my favorite seed supplier ;-)

I order a lot of seeds from different companies and this is the first time I received a hand written note! I also received special instructions for the seeds, besides the instructions on the seed packets. I also received extra seeds as well. from the moment I ordered the seeds, I had emails notifying every step of the seeds being processed to when they where delivered.
The whole process was very personalized, I am totally impressed.

Last year I ordered from this company, so I chose to again this year. Again, it was a great experience. Three packets of free seeds were sent with my order based on the other seeds I ordered. In addition, the selection of garden vine seeds is amazing and there is a lot to choose from. Cannot wait to order more next year. Easy to order from, order information updated regularly, and shipped well in a solid puffy envelope.

Wonderful company! Fairly priced and they send bonuses that are based on your order - I ordered some plants for a new flower bed for my daughter and they sent me a package of seeds that I'd been looking for everywhere and unable to find as a bonus! Great communication and customer service - I can't say enough nice things about this company.

I chose to order from this company because of the good reviews on this website, and I could not be more pleased that I did! My order was shipped just a day or two after placing it, and it arrived by the end of the same week. These aren't commercial packets, but rather glassine envelopes within little plastic bags, but they are well marked, with clean seed and the seed counts are very generous. They also gifted some seeds that were very much the kind I would have chosen for myself. I had ordered all variegated varieties, and the gift seeds were also for variegated plants. Putting that kind of thought into an order is impressive. I will definately be ordering from these folks again! A wonderful experience in every way!

On a scale of 1 to 10, Summer Hill Seeds is a 15! Ordering from Robin was a refreshing, feel good experience that definitely brought a smile to my face. Never had such a pleasant surprise like with this Company.
They have hard to find out- of usual seed offers. The price is very moderate and the shipping was done the same day I ordered and I received it within 10 days, which is fast considering it had to be shipped all the way to Europe!
I too was touched by the personal handwritten note where she thanked me even so I had only ordered 1 single packet of seeds. To my surprise I even got a gift on top of a similar type like I had ordered!!! The seeds were beautifully packed with much care and love with an individual instruction for each type besides a whole letter with general seed-germination instructions!

Summerhill Seed carries hard to find seeds. The selection is great. I received my order quickly and error free. Recently received my first order from this company. I too enjoyed the nice touch of a plant marker with each seed packet. Response was swift and accurate, and I was very surprised to see the variety of rare plants which they carried, many of which are variegates that come true from seed. The crowning touch for me was not just that they did include extras which were not cheap fillers, but rather were packets from among the standard offerings in the catalog. That they took the time to choose for me some extra seeds which they guessed would fit my interests based on what I did order, showed an exceptional interest in cultivating not only customers, but gardening friends. First class all the way.

I found ordering from their web site very easy. I just received my order and am very pleased with it. The seeds were well packaged with clear germination instructions for each pkt., and even a little plastic plant label in each pack.(I thought this was a nice touch)
