Comments regarding Nor' East Miniature Roses® (division of Greenheart Farms, Inc.)

I just received an order from these folks last week and I have to say that the plants were absolutely wonderful! I ordered 8 plants from them, and within several hours of unpacking them from their box, one of them had a fully opened flower! Super healthy plants, they headed right to the garden where they now seem to be flourishing! I will definitely order more from these people again.

I love this company. I found them by accident on the internet and ordered mini climbing roses for my mother and she loves them, they arrived very healthy and strong and took off immediately. Fortunately, I live nearby and brought a friend along and we bought more roses for ourselves right at their greenhouses. What fun and the owner (and dog) were really friendly and helpful. If I had more space, I'd fill it with their roses!

Just received an order from Nor'East Miniature roses. They arrived on time and were in excellent shape. Nor'East Minis were outstanding, all plants were fully mature and healthy. Wrapped very well. Some had buds and all have recovered from their trip now and are trying to put out more buds. Nor'East has a great selection of mini roses, and some nice collections of specialty roses (like scented varieties) that are slightly less expensive than if you bought them alone. I am very pleased with Nor'East. A very good plant seller.

I recently ordered 2 collections from Nor'East. I placed my order on Monday and I had them by Wednesday of the same week at no additional charge. All 10 plants arrived in great condition, one had two open blooms on it and two others had buds. Each order comes w/planting info-which is found in the back of their catalog. I'll definitely order from them in the future.

I have been ordering roses from them for about 5 years now and have never been disappointed. Every rose was meticulously packed. Every rose had a strong, healthy root system and some were already in bloom. Here in the desert we can grow year round and they often bloom year round, too. They don't need winter protection and the canes are cut back in January. The blooms are true to type according to the catalogue pictures and each bloom seems to be perfect. And I am not a finicky gardener. Sometimes I am even neglectful. Since they are grown on their own root stock they are hardier than the regular roses. My main problem is trying to choose from all the beautiful offerings in the catalogue. I want one of each! But I don't have the room. I am waiting very impatiently for the 1998 catalog to arrive.

The plants were GORGEOUS and so HEALTHY. They have tripled in size and haven't stopped blooming since planted in the garden. And the packaging was fabulous.

After the harsh winters killed off the regular roses in our garden, we decided to try miniature roses. We discovered Nor'East. The Savilles offer a superior product. The plants come in bloom and don't stop until early November. The enclosed literature assures success. We have given their plants to our relatives, business associates, and neighbors. My only regret was waiting too long to order so I missed out on "Scentsational", the new fragrant miniature rose hybridation by Harm Saville..

I have ordered from Nor'east and been very pleased. The packing was exceptional. All five plants had strong green healthy canes and big root systems. They came swaddled in wet newsprint, lightly covered in plastic and boxed so they wouldn't rattle. Excellent plants, fantastic in the border.

I recently ordered eight miniatures from Nor'East. For someone who is just a beginning gardener, and especially being disappointed by Michigan Bulb, Nor'East was an extremely pleasant surprise. Their roses were healthy, bushy, and some were in bloom. Their catalog was very helpful; just about all the advice I needed on growing miniatures was in there! I planted some in my garden and others in containers. All are doing great! I consider myself to be a "brown thumb", but Nor'East makes it easy to grow miniatures (their advice even carries over to other roses) and they are very helpful and pleasant to talk to. They even sent a miniature to my mom in Georgia for her birthday, and sent a card with a message. She loves her rose, and plans on getting more. Green Thumbs Up to Nor'East!

I have ordered from Nor'East miniature roses since 1978 and have been very happy with the plants and service. I have visited the nursery in Massachusetts several times and once got a quickie tour of the breeding trials. Cool!

I've been impressed with the service and quality many times. I order each year and have never had a complaint. Bravo!

Bought 14 miniature roses last year from this company and am very well satisfied. Very nice plants.
