Comments regarding AnythingGreen.com

I am at a loss. I just can not get any response from this company. I signed up for their newsletter and received an immediate response. HOWEVER, I have emailed them 4 times regarding my desire to purchase from them and have never received a response. Since they do not list a phone number and are not listed in any other directories that I can find, I don't know how else to contact them. Any suggestions?? Thanks!

I ordered 20 Thuja Green Giants and 20 Leyland Cypress from AnythingGreen.com. The plants that arrived far exceeded my expectations - these are the best plants I have ever received through an internet or catalog order!

I would very highly recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely order from them again myself.

This company shows an address for the company, but no phone number. I attempted to contact the company several days ago by email, but never received a response. I attempted to get a phone number from directory assistance. but was unable to find a listing for this company at the address provided. In my email to the company I gave my phone number for someone to call me. No one ever called nor did they email me back with their phone number. I would like to make a purchase, but am interested in picking the order up myself since I live in Alabama near their listed location.

I recently recieved my 20 Giant Thuja Trees and they were well packed and in excellent shape. I plan to plant them this weekend and can't wait to see how well they do. This company kept me well informed of when they would be in stock and the shipments progress. They get an A from me for customer service.

I was very pleased with the quality of plants I recieved. They were well rooted, when packed for shipment was done in a manner that the plants arrived in excellent shape. They arrived promptly in the same condition as when originally packed. The prices seemed quite reasonable and the quality excellent. I have just placed another order for an additional 45 plants. Keep up the good work.

I ordered 61 Thuja Green Giants from Anythinggreen. I didn't know what to expect...but was VERY pleasantly surprised! I had planted 34 Leland Cypress about three years ago and decided to back them up with some Green Giants in case of blight. I will definately order more as soon as they become available!

Like others I did not get in on the May shipping, but after being notified by email, I got in on the last shipping.
I have ordered things by mail before, so imagine my surprise when I saw such robust health in a box! I ordered 20 Thuja Green Giants. It was a pure joy to pot them up in gallon pots for now, till I decide where to put them. I did not choose three day select and so those trees made it from Alabama to the Pacific Northwest in a hot time of year. Four days in the box and they were still doing good. I will pick better shipping next time...but JBPounders mailed the trees at the optimum time avoiding the Memorial Day Weekend drag that might occur on the mail. He also has excellent communication and follow up. I will order again with confidence. Thanks Anything green!

I tried to order trees from Anything Green and they were out of stock. When I emailed and asked about when the trees would be in stock they added me to their newsletter and I was able to order the trees when they received their next shipment. I ordered 200 (that's right - 200) trees. The trees arrived on the date they told me they would and the trees were in excellent condition!! The only problem ( a very small one) was that one of the containers was missing a tree, but, this is understandable.
Again - I am very pleased and impressed by the service offered by John Brooks Pounders. I plan on ordering another 200 and I would recommend them to anyone!

I received my order today and it was outstanding--in some cases the root ball was as large as the plant itself! I was able to buy 60 plants for 25% of the price at other stores. Customer service is also great--I asked for the delivery date to be changed and it was done with no problem. Highly recommend this vendor.

I ordered 50 of the Thuja "Green Giants" and received my trees in less than a week! The trees were all healthy and in great condition. I would definitely order again from this company. C. Keyes, Bartlesville, OK.

I ordered 20 Thuja Green Giants. I was amazed at the size and quality of these trees- excellent! Customer service is also top-notch. I highly recommend this company. I'll be ordering from them again...
