The zoysia sod arrived in damaged condition. It was bone dry, and much of the soil had been knocked from the grass. Although I had ordered 300 "plugs," there were not 300 usable plugs in the box. The instructions said the plugs were pre-scored, but I saw no indication of any scoring, probably because so much of the soil was knocked off the sod.
When I called Customer Service, the person I talked to was friendly, until I mentioned I had trouble with the product. Then she accused me of not following the directions. I know what I saw when I opened the box, and the sod was not in good condition, nor was it physically possible to get 300 usable pieces of sod from what I was sent. The company agreed to send 150 new plugs as a replacement, but the rudeness of the employee has convinced me never to do business with them again nor to recommend them to others.

Well, it gets worse.

Although I was told I would get replacement plugs, none have been sent. Again, poor product, poor customer service, and business practices bordering on fraud. Avoid this company.
