Comments regarding Plant Ranch

Every time I order from them, I always recieve incredibly healthy, unexpectedly LARGE specimens. Darin is a pleasure to deal with, always has something nice to say. Their prices are terrific, I wouldnt change a thing about them.

Great company to do business with. Darin is very friendly and prompt at answering questions. All the plants that arrived were EXTREMELY healthy and have now budded out. The hydrangea is huge! The 2 jasmine plants that I ordered are growning like weeds. TONS of new growth. My lilac tree was even chewed on by our dog before I could get it in the ground... The trunk was split but I planted it anyway. I just put the split below the soil line and that little plant is doing just fine. I was pleasantly suprised at the size and quality of the plants I received. I will definatly order again.

I ordered shamrock plants from Darin. I asked him to send two to my parents-in-law and two to me. Not only did he send them promply, but they arrived in great condition! He even included a little note in the package to my inlaws from me. What a great place to shop for all your "green thumb needs"! I'll definitely be back!

I ordered 8 plants. They were all packaged in one triangular box. When I opened it I was shocked to see one stick with a piece of masking tape as a lable for each plant. Usually when I buy bare root plants there is more than one branch. Some of the plants had no roots at all. I followed the directions and soaked the plants and then potted them. It has been about two weeks so it is too soon to tell, but judging from what I was sent it will be several years for them to look like the pictures on the website, that is if I'm lucky enough for them to make it at all. I found out about this company through this website (Garden Watchdog) so I thought you should know what I was sent.

I ordered 3 pink weeping willows (cherry), the people there were very couteous, friendly, and my shipment was sent pronto. I will certainly do business with them again.

I have ordered several items from the Plant Ranch and have been pleased with the service. The plants arrived timely and they are nice healthy plants. I had questions, emailed Darin and he responded the same night. I would encourage anyone to order from him.

Having just bought my first home, I wanted to clean up and re do the landscaping, I found Darin on ebay and enjoyed his website! I dont know how you can get lost on his site I had no trouble,maybe I had an idea of what I was looking for,flowers and shrubs are easy to find!! I really do not understand Danny Joe's frustration, but snide remarks are not necessary!! Darin has been the most helpful and quick to respond to my crys for HELP!! he is patient and answers my questions in a timely manor I will be doing business with this gentleman for a long time to come!!! and I havent even finished doing all of my ordering!! I find Darin to be very professional. You can't beat his prices, nor his friendly attitude. He's great to deal with. I've bid on several of his plants and can't wait to bid on more ! I find his website very well done . Super nice guy, great deals to be found, will definately be a permanent customer !!

I found Plant Ranch on eBay after looking through countless suppliers; after ordering from SIX different people after looking at their feedback, Plant Ranch is the only one I have bought from again. Great service (which is tough when communicating through
e(motionless)mail, quick responses, Very healty plants that are bigger than expected and packed well. I appreciate barerooting because it makes it affordable and quick And No Bugs! You will be supprised how many other sellers will ship quietly buggy plants that need to be quarantined so they don't infect everything else!
Darin is very patient, and very helpful...I messed up on Paypal shipping (not enough) and they shipped the order together anyway.

These are the best looking plants I have found! The wisteria I bought was at least twice the size of the ones at the garden center.....but half the price =) Great customer service and packaging as well. Thanks Darin!

I have never ordered from this site. The pictures are nice but there is no shopping cart and I really don't know what they have for sale. Maybe I'm not using the site correctly. We live about 75 miles from the nursery and I guess I'm going to have to drive up there in the Spring to see whats available.

Purchased Bonsai for son in college. He said it was first class packaging and very professionally done. He said the bonsai looked great and it was awesome! Mom smiled. Thank you, Plant ranch.

Darin was great! He returned e-mails very quickly, and answered all my questions. Very good prices on eBay, and I was able to consolidate my various auctions to reduce on shipping. Very nice store!

Darin was responsive and helpful as far as setting up my order. He returned calls and e-mails in a timely manner. He gave a very good impression of how important personal service is to the customer, especially when the order was through the internet...most internet companies do not respond to your inquiries to orders by calling the customer.

I ordered several, I mean several items and I can't find better service, more lively folks anywhere. The site is a please to look at and the plants are awsome. I found them on Ebay and other people's prices were outragious! I feel quilty buying from the "PLANT RANCH" because they are so inexpensive. I can't say "cheap" because that wouldn't be the right word to use. You can't LOSE!!!! Love the plants, love the people, love the service. What more can I say!! (besides that I need more room for all my plants) HELP!

I've never actually ordered anything from this site, basically because the website is hard to use. I've tried it using both a dial-up (forget ordering 'cause you'll never get it loaded) and high-speed cable (you still have to scroll FORever to find anything, it's just unorganized) and I just don't have the patience, even though I've read several good reviews of the company(from people whom I'm assuming don't work for Plant Ranch).

I have purchased several trees from Darin and they have all been great , they are growning great, his communication is wonderful., his emails are fast, his shipping is fast and good. I have made several purchases from him and I will keep doing so. Plant Ranch is a wonderful place to do business. thank you

Simply the best!

I found this site on ebay while I was trying to find decent sized wisteria at a reasonable price. I put the pencil to it, and these guys not only had the lowest total cost (including shipping) but also the largest plants! I've got my order in and feel confident from all the positive feedback in their ebay profiles. Happy gardening!

I have known Darin for many, many years and have purchased plants from him both on E-bay and directly from his nursery. He is a great guy to do business with. This is a man who truly loves plants! He doesn't just want to sell them to make money, he wants them to grow and thrive and for you to be happy with them after you get them. He also likes rare and unusual plants, along with anything variegated--so if you don't see it on his site, E-mail him and ask--he might be able to get it for you or tell you where you can find it. Nice, helpful, honest--I just can't say enough good stuff about Darin! If you are going to buy plants on line, plantranch.net is the place to do it.

I found darrin on ebay also....But we made so many great deals through our emails! He is a very good man and is a pleasure to buy from-I know the plants are going to be good size with great root systems! Davesgarden did a co-op through Darrin also.

I have been doing business with Darin for 2 yrs. This man is the tops. He is honest, has terrific products, answers your email questions in a timely manner and will bend over backwards to accomodate your shipping requirements. I found Darin through Ebay. His prices were exceptional and I followed the link to his website to be pleasantly surprised. I have several acres with not one tree. Darin will definitely be getting more of my business in the future. His prices are great and he gets back to me right away. Some of the bigger companies have forgotten how to do that. I prefer to do business with someone who cares.

While I am not an "expert" on gardening, it is something that I absolutely love and have been working at and
learning all I can for about 15 years. I love putting something in the ground and watching what beauty God

Great site!!! i have for several years been buying luscious growing plants at a very reasonable prices. The owner is an ambitious and super hard working young lad. seldom would i recommend a url, but this one is thumb up all the time for me. Darin, the owner never failed me yet. He always come true for me on each order i made with a few extra on the side. He has been selling @ ebay too for several years now. If u write him, don't be surprise to get a quick response too!
