Rainy Sunday Ranch

I've bought from this company for two years. My business depends on dahlia flowers. I purchased from Rainy Sunday this year on January 20. I followed up with an email January 25, "Please send his order out to arrive end of March. I will take responsibility for early send. Thank you." I received no response to this follow-up to my order. On April 11, I sent another email, " I asked for order to be shipped end of March. Here is my email to your store (Sun, Jan 25 at 11:53 AM) 'Please send his order out to arrive end of March. I will take responsibility for early send.' When will I receive my order? I have received no communication from you other than verification of my order in January." I finally received a response April 11, "I am head down working hard to get everyone's orders out the door as smoothly as possible. All orders will be shipped in April as stated in our 2026 Policies and FAQs." My order was finally received 3 weeks late, April 20. This business owner may like the income, but (in my experience) does not provide the customer service other dahlia sellers provide. He/She did not respond to my January 25 early-shipping request, but gave an excuse about not shipping early.
