Succulents were small but exactly as represented on website. Fast delivery and plants were well wrapped to prevent damage - double boxed. In fall and spring the plants were shipped with a heat pack that stayed warm until destination - 4 provinces away, and shipping took only 3 business days. Customer service was prompt, within hours of questions asked, sometimes within the hour. My order was over $250 CDN, so they included a half dozen additional cuttings of plants I did not order. Plants were shipped bare root. No plants died through shipping or after-care.
