I pre-ordered two roses back in July of last year, 2023. Roses in my zone get delivered around Feb to April, depending on whether it is a bareroot or a potted plant. Grace Rose Farm informed me of a crop failure for one of my roses in the middle of May in 2024, nearly two months too late. By that point roses were sold out everywhere and I haven't been able to find the variety I wanted anywhere else since. I promptly asked to cancel my entire order, which they did but they still haven't issued me a refund. Their customer service is frustrating and abysmal. It's as if I'm talking to an AI chat bot or one of those horrendous automated systems. They keep asking me for the same payment information to issue refunds to despite me having already provided the info weeks ago. It's been about 6 weeks since I've asked for my money back initially. They claim their turn around time for refunds is 10 to 15 business days which makes no sense in 2024. | |
