Neutral but Positive. Let me explain... I ordered 50# of pelletized phosphate fertilizer for a little over $1.10 per pound (not including $20.48 shipping). Even with the shipping charge I trust you will not find a price that good for superphosphate (46%) fertilizer anywhere on the web. However, the company I bought from, seedworldusa.com has a habit of printing the shipping label and billing right away but might not ship until the item comes back in stock. Problem is, their customer service is Seed Ranch LLC (support@seedranch.com), and seed world never says anything about being out of stock. Seedranch.com did not return my emails promptly when I contacted them after a week of no shipping. After a second email a few days later, I canceled the order. After that, I got a reply telling me when the stock was expected back in. On that date I reordered and got the phosphate 4 days later. Seedworldusa has a positive profile on Florida BBB while seedranch has a problematic profile. Bottom Line: I got a great deal on superphosphare fertilizer but I had to be patient.
