from San Francisco, CA As someone with a lot of anxiety and OCD, I had a hard time purchasing plants in person (they tend to be crammed into a small nursery with fungus gnats flying around) and online (never sure where these plants are coming from and if they actually care to check the plants). What drew me to GBs was their online presence in Youtube where you can actually see their CEO and their staff talk about plants and show how they take care of them. They truly have a passion for plants. Their website is fantastic, because you see so many reviews and with photos by their customers and can tell what the latest batch look like. I also lurk around Reddit and their CEO Shane is on top of ensuring customers are taken care of and always there to make things right. I have never in my life seen an online shop this engaged with their customers. Their customer support team is also FANTASTIC, they helped me figure out what to do with my plant and didn't judge me when I had to cancel two orders that I placed at midnight due to poor impulse control. I purchased a philodendron goeldii from them that is doing well, and I feel like a lot of their photos don't even show hob fantastic/big they come. Another thing, their PRICES! Perhaps because they don't need to import or use third parties as much but it seems like they are growing everything so they can cut the cost. I love love love it. I compared the price to several other online sellers and their quality and price can not be beat. Support Gabriella's plants!

from Milford, CT I've placed multiple orders with Gabriella Plants in the past 2 years (~15 plants), and all have been positive experiences. I appreciate the care taken in selecting presentable items, packing plants for shipping, and keeping orders pest-free. Houseplants arrived happy, healthy, and ready to be put on the shelf. I'd feel very confident using them to send a plant to someone as a gift. I also appreciate that they are very transparent online on YouTube and other social media, so you can find a lot of information and even ask questions about plants there.
