from Pottstown, PA I am local and picked up the seeds in person. Not an impressive setup, warehouse like and poorly managed, but I got the seeds I ordered. Germination was terrible, most did not germinate at all. I suspect they do not know how to properly store seeds or test them for germination. Even if they have something unique you want, I suggest you find it elsewhere! | |

from Mount Ivy, NY Horrible. No customer service at all. I ordered just 1 pack of candy lily seeds to see if they were as bad as the reviews state- I mean how can you screw up mailing 1 pack of seeds you say you have in stock? 4 days later I get an email with a tracking number saying my order has shipped. That was on 1/20 and it’s now 2/3. They have yet to actually put it in the mail after creating a postal label for it. I have sent 3 emails and now I am requesting a refund which I’m not holding my breath on! | |

Comments from Feldspar71 I took a chance and ordered from Caribbean Garden Seed, and now I regret my decision. I ordered Oxalis triangularis (bulbs) and Purple Shamrocks. I had a big garden project and ordered 300 bulbs ($89.07). I purchased add-on items, three small packets of miscellaneous seeds, for less than $6.00. I placed it on April 23, 2024. On April 29, 2024, I received a shipping notice that my orders were coming. On May 13, 2024, I received a notice that the package was out for delivery. I received three tiny packets of the up-sale seeds but no Purple Shamrocks (now it stated they "were sold out" and placed me on backorder). July 15, 2024, I reminded them that I had yet to receive a response or the fulfillment of my order. August 2, 2024- I have sent around ten emails and finally received a response from the company: one sentence: "It's on backorder. We will ship it when it becomes available." I did receive an invoice in the delivery package stating that the shamrocks were now out of stock. I have issued numerous requests for a refund or fulfillment updates on my order- and am still waiting to receive one minimal response after months of trying. I am preparing to send a fraud report to the U.S. Postal Service, as this company is in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, and I reside in South Carolina- at this point, this is evolving into an interstate scam. Please don't order from this company, as they will not respond to your concerns or questions, and they will keep your money without fulfilling your order. | |

from Methuen, MA They are scammers. They created a fake shipping label and since June 4th have not received my item. Disputing with PayPal. They do not respond to emails. | |

from Tacoma, WA I was searching for a specific product--a pepper from Colombia and as I googled I saw this company had them. Despite the high price --16 dollars and change to have the seed packet send to my home by regular mail--I made my first order. I did not receive the seed packet and I was anxious because it was to be a Christmas present--I ordered in late November. After trying to contact them by email, by posting on their FB page and on their own website with no success I went to PAYPAL. These folks have a terrible reputation I found out after searching out other reviews. AVOID THEM!!!! | |
