Hoss Tools (K & B Development, LLC)

Purchased poblano seeds and only got 50% germination. I asked for a replacement pack, simple enough. I was told since no one else complained they would give a $2.50 refund. That didn’t remotely cover the cost counting shipping. How hard would it have been to stick a pack in the mail? Just to make sure it wasn’t me I planted the other half of the pack and lo and behold I got 50%. The 84 jalapeños, 32 other poblano, 24 hot wax I planted came up 1 seed short of 100%. So much for customer service.

I have been watching their YouTube videos for the past few months and have really enjoyed them. Most of my seed orders this year have been slow in coming with one company saying shipping is delayed 30 days on their website. I decided to try Hoss to see how they would fare. I ordered seeds late Thursday afternoon and the seeds were in my mailbox the following Monday. Exceptionally fast service at a reasonable price.

Used them this year for the first time. Order was filled and shipped quickly. I was starting seeds within one week of ordering online. Germination has been fine and plants are healthy. No problems; I recommend them.
