Ordered Woodenware and was given no info the order was backordered. Learned the packages were arriving early. Contacted the company and learned the order had not shipped after over 10 days and was told the order was on backorder . Had to cancel order and get a competitor to ship overnight hives and supers for the arriving packages.

Have ordered many times from this company and have had good experiences. They ship quickly and the orders are always correct. Very friendly when phoning in orders.
