from Post Falls, ID I don't know what's going on with this company but don't waste your time and money trying to order from them. I placed an order thru their website on June 8 2022. After three weeks I emailed them - no response. After four weeks I emailed them again and got no response. I contacted PayPal and am getting my money back. I also tried to call twice and couldn't get thru on the phone number on their website. Crappy experience !!

from Peoria, IL Having just resolved a nightmare order with a different mail order site, I checked my email for an unsolicited note to Mark last fall regarding an order I placed with him. Luckily, I had kept it so with a little cutting and pasting: (sent on September 9th, 2011): Hi Mark - Janelle xxxxxx here. I received the epis I ordered plus the bonus "gift" - thank you so much. This is my first time ordering and I just wanted to write and say a big thank you for making it "idiot proof" for newbies! I followed your instructions to the tee - with one exception - in IL I could not find leaf mold so I made a mix of a premium potting mix (1/3), perlite (1/3), and orchid mix (1/3). It is a nice, light mix and I think the cuttings like it because I finally gave them their first small drink last night because I saw new growth as well as some aerial roots sprouting up :) I had been giving them a mist every other day. Please don't have a stroke - lol - I planted them all together in a large hanging pot (you will notice I purchased a mix of white, yellow and orange) because I have a large window begging for a large plant - I will let you know how it works out. I just thought you would like to know - I had purchased a few on July 31st from Glass House Works (I still don't have them even though I have requested information multiple times). I ordered from you on August 12th - received beautiful cuttings (only one looked skinny/sad) and now I already have new growth!!!!!! Kudos - nice large cuttings, beautifully wrapped for shipping, wonderfully tagged labels taped on each showing which end to plant - you are the greatest! Feel free to use this email on your site - I hope it brings you even more business because you are one of the "good guys"- Janelle (end of email) Each cutting I received from Mark is thick, healthy, and thriving - all started new growth throughout the fall. I can't wait until late Spring here in IL so I can get them outside to see what they will do with a full growing season! btw - Mark responded to my original email with a thank you for sending it and advice about planting multiple cuttings with different growth patterns in a large pot :) You live - you learn! Mark is highly knowledgable in both epis and business - search for epi galleria - you will be glad you did.

from Whittier, CA Very nice cuttings that are meant to be successfully rooted. Mark has made rooting idiot-proof. There is no way you will even plant the cuttings upside down as he has a directional arrow built in to how he attaches the plant label. True to name, too. Don't like having to use Paypal, though. Wish site offered direct credit card purchases.

from Philomath, OR I have purchased 3 times from this vendor and have another order on the way. The cuttings are nice and I have had no problem with rooting them. All cuttings are established growth ( not new growth that won't root) and seem to be growing well. I will buy from him again.
