Sauk River Seed is a small, family-operated heirloom seed farm in west-central Minnesota. We specialize in open-pollinated and other varietals, especially vegetables of historical value which are at risk of disappearing from seed catalogs. Writers with bioscience backgrounds, we work to strict organic protocol and use a minimum of powered equipment, because we enjoy doing it that way. Because of this, our annual seed output is limited and many of our customers have become valued friends, but we have room for more. We gladly swap seeds, and try to fill each packet well.posted on April 3, 2003
