We had a mole problem in our yard. So after watching a television program about this, we ordered two mole chasers due to the size of yard. One worked (at least we think the moles are starting to go away) the other didn't.
We contacted the company and they stated we needed to return the product first (we would have to pay for this shipping), plus include $5.95 for shipping out the replacement. Once they receive the defective one they would then send us another one.
Since we already had one bad one, and had paid the shipping on that one (guess they make their money on shipping charges), we decided this type of customer service was not good enough. They would not give us any assurances that the next one they shipped would work, so we decided this very well might be throwing good money after bad. We chalked this up to an experience we didn't want to repeat.
Return policy was never clarified at the beginning, so that was our bad. We should have checked this it out prior to ordering.
