Information on Franklin Park Conservatory

An important horticultural center for the area, Franklin Park Conservatory has a nice range of plants and an interesting calendar of events.

I have visited three times in the past year or so--once to see the Butterfly Exhibit, to see the Dale Chiluly glassworks exhibit, and to checkout the daylily garden that features Ohio hybridizers. The Franklin also hosted the regional workshop and speaker event for the American Horticultural Society this past summer.

This conservatory is a pleasant place to visit and I recommend it if you have a free afternoon in Columbus.
