A great place to visit! There is a number of beautiful structures and old buildings and bridges to see. Various streams and creeks going through the property with little waterfalls or drops. A fairly big pond with a pair of Mute Swans. They have some native woods and a native wetland area. Rose and floral displays. Collections of various woody plant species and many full-grown, large ones. Some good American native species and they have a lot of Asian tree and shrub species, and many I have never seen before, though I am a horticulturist.

The Morris Arboretum should be on the "must-see" list of every gardening enthusiast who is visiting the Philadelphia area. Those of us who live nearby are very lucky indeed!
There is a wonderful collection of Old Garden Roses, beautifully and skillfully integrated into garden landscapes.
By the end of my first visit, my notebook was filled with ideas and inspiration, including new plants, new plant combinations, and even vegetables (Swiss chard!) that look great in a mixed planting.
