I am very disappointed in this place. IF you go in their nursery they are friendly, but don't expect it elsewhere. We requested someone to come to our home to help design the backyard, since its a service they provide and offer, and they fail miserably on this. Not only did they stand us up multiple times, they didn't have enough common courtesy to call and cancel. Even after talking to a manager to try and rearrange another time, they failed to show or call. I guess they really don't want people's business. I would definitely not waste your time on using this service that they seem to offer. Shame on you Moon Valley Nursery of Surprise. I give them an F- on customer service and Customer satisfaction.
