Information on Central Nurseries

A few years ago we purchased a red maple from Central--actually we purchased it from their nursery in Chepachet, not their nursery in Johnston.

All I can say is that the owner and the staff are wonderful--when the idiots we hired to plant the tree (it was a tall tree) gave us the wrong advice on watering, we called the owner at Central and he gave us the correct advice. He even stopped by the house to check on it for us--how great is that? He told us he thinks of all his trees as his kids and he wants them to do well in their new home. As a gardener that to me is the sign of someone who loves and cares about his plants.

Our tree has been doing well for a few years now and we hope to purchase more trees from Central in the future.
