The plantings of annuals, perennials, trees and shrubs were quite impressive and well maintained. There is a duck pond that children can feed the ducks (which is welcomed here versus most places it is banned). There are fountains and statues. It was so pleasant to walk around this park and get away from the 'hustle and bustle' of downtown Halifax. |
