Information on Elizabeth Gamble Garden

A beautiful 2.5 acre historic house and garden property which also contains a carriage house, tea house, formal and demonstration gardens.

I would call this a "park" - it calls itself an historic urban estate, and is the home of a horticultural educational non-profit. They have classes in all kinds of gardening techniques, and the big ol' property on a corner in Palo Alto is a gardening showcase, with among many delights, the most successfully espaliered pear trees I've seen west of the Dupont Longwood Estate.
