Information on Turnbull Garden Center

The prices are good but the survival rate that I experienced was not terribly great. You also must read every line and word in their guarantee, because if you do not comply to the most minute detail, they will not refund for dead nursery stock. I had two gooseberry plants that I was pretty sure were dead on receipt, but I planted them anyway in the hope they might revive. Well, they didn't and I was rudely told that I hadn't met the requirements of the guarantee (the fine print at the bottom of the form) and therefore, no refund. I have not had similar problems elsewhere, including mail order. The requested refund was for two plants on a purchase of twenty.
