I think that the response of Triple Oak Nursery is unbelieveable. I never demanded anything! And if you want to post my name over this forum, you just prove you are bad business people. I never "demanded" a refund and had tried over several monthes to work on this problem. As for joining "just to complain", you may see that I joined in 2007. I had hoped for a good relationship with you, but who sends a plant to be planted in the beginning of March!
Besides which, I have the ability to purchase replacement plants, which I did from another nursery, and the plant is thriving. You are just nasty
I found that I received great service and knowledge of the plants I wanted to purchase. I had no problem being waited on and everyone was very helpful. They have such a variety of herbs, flowers, perennials, trees, and such beautiful gardens. You can ask for information on plants thay you buy and how to take care of them. Each and every time I visited this Nursery I have never had a complaint about anyone. They have classes to teach you about landscaping, wreaths, harvesting, growing herbs, plants. What more could you ask from a nursery. Great selections and it it's not there they'll try to get it for you or tell you where to get same.

Extremely poor customer service. I drove an hour out of my way, each way, to shop here, based on their website description. I browsed their garden for about 45" and no one approached me to see if I needed help. When I went inside the store, I stood in line another 20" while two employees were tied up with one customer. Eventually, one employee waited on the man in front of me. Two other employees were working behind the counter. I offered that I was interested in several items in the garden, and one worker said, "Isn't anyone out there?" "No", I said. After asking this question, this employee/owner, looked away from me and continued her phone conversation. I waited another 10", then left in disgust. I use a cane to walk, so standing so long isn't very pleasant; but I waited so long, because until the end, I was interested in buying a few rose bushes, and companion plants.
This business would do well to begin practicing greeting and welcoming all customers, and providing courteous, efficient service. Would I shop there again? Not on your life.
