And when you dig the dead plants back up and bring them back to the store they will neither give you ANY money back nor will they replace the plant! It’s a joke! It’s insulting! I have never been treated so rudely, and this has happened more than once at Hollandia! Never again! Oh, and good luck if you don’t have the receipt, because they will not do anything for you, even if they know you purchased it from them! The store manager actually told me “there aren’t any computers here”. What? Did I just hear you correctly, no computers? So I can spend hundreds of dollars on plants and accidentally lose my receipt and you have no way of looking up my information in order to look up the record of the transaction? It’s 2011! I will never let anyone I know ever shop there again! I have received better customer service at a Home Depot! Save yourself a lot of time, money and aggravation and do NOT go to Hollandia! What a waste of money! They will not get another penny from me!!!
