Absolutely filled with bright r...Read Moreed blooms all summer long, it was striking planted on a fence or a wall with contrasting colors. Looks great with yellow stella daylilies, helianthus or coreopsis and blue penstemon or lavender at it's feet if you've got a hot sunny spot to fill.
Low maintenance and rugged, all it asks for is a sunny spot, a drink now and then and a large trellis to stretch out on. The canes are long, if you tie them low to begin with, they will grow up and cover anything in a couple of seasons. Glossy, green leaves that are attractive as well. I used this in areas with heavy soil, high PH, cold winters, hot summers and kids climbing all over every garden. It never failed me and put on an awesome show everywhere it grew.
I am heartbroken to find that nobody seems to carry it anymore, it deserves a reintroduction. Anybody know who held, or holds the patent? I keep moving and sorely regret that I have no cuttings or plants of climbing Dynamite now. I miss it terribly.
